Ansi Common Lisp by Paul Graham is a good book. I think it might be out of print, so your best bet to get it via Amazon. I got the book for a "Natural Language Processing" class I took my sophomore year in college. We had to write the programing projects in LISP, and so I needed to learn Lisp quickly. The book helped me quite a bit.
In my opinion, Common Lisp: A Gentle Introduction to Symbolic Computation is the best introductory Lisp book available. It has a good pace for (even absolute) beginners, and there are nice little exercises with solutions. If I interpret your self-description correctly, this would be a good read for you.

Some kind of "learn programming the hard way" thing. Boost my understanding on the basics of programs as well as learning some lisp, seems not bad :3 . Also the "you don't need a book, just use the internet" advice looks good, as lisp's syntax is really simple (in complexity, though not always easy to understand)

I would definitely recommend to learn lisp or scheme. I would also recommend SICP book because it gives pretty good understanding. I personally prefer Racket because there is a lot of examples on Rosetta code website. It is really helpful to learn basic operations like file reading etc.
To address this concern, a grassroots group of Lisp hackers got together in 1981 and began the process of standardizing a new language called Common Lisp that combined the best features from the existing Lisp dialects. Their work was documented in the book Common Lisp the Language by Guy Steele (Digital Press, 1984)--CLtL to the Lisp-cognoscenti.
